You must register your appliance within 30 days of installation to activate your guarantee.

As soon as you're registered, our nationwide team of Vaillant Service engineers will be on hand to help should anything go wrong and replace parts free of charge if required.

Please check with your installer if they have already registered your appliance.

Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp where our service department can assist. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Serial number - your 28 digit serial number can be found on the control panel of the boiler (and in the benchmark logbook which your installer should have provided you after the installation) and on the back of your heat pump.
  • Date of installation
  • Installation address
